Previously, she was an Associate Principal in the Toronto Office of McKinsey & Company. During her 11 years with McKinsey, she helped executives and client teams transform their operations, organizations, and strategies to address cost pressures, changes in consumer behavior and technology, and increased competition.
David Barrett is a National Program Director for The Centre of Excellence in Project Management and Business Analysis at The Schulich Executive Education Centre, Schulich School of Business, York University. He is a Professional Speaker specializing in Execution Leadership, Project Leadership and Personal Leadership.

Monika Alder is the Director, Transformational Change at Great-West-Life. Previously, Monika led the development of enterprise change capabilities at Canada’s second largest credit union and worked as a Consulting Manager at a leading western Canadian management consulting firm.
Monika has over ten years of organizational development and change management experience on many large scale projects: ranging from business transformation, corporate mergers, organizational restructuring, as well as technology implementations. Her insights are derived from working both as a thought leader inside the organizations undergoing business transformation, as well as a trusted external management consultant.

Nora re-joined London Life in 2008, after running an independent consulting practice for 8 years, providing HR, IT, Program Management and Process design services to a number of companies across numerous industries including: manufacturing, technology, aviation, utilities, government (provincial and municipal) and financial services. Since returning to London Life, Nora has led IS divisions and large-scale programs, led the initial development of the Canadian innovation strategy, and supported establishment of the Transformation Change Office.
