Alan Mallory

Alan is an international speaker, author and professional development coach who is passionate about human performance and leadership.  He graduated from Queen’s University and has worked all over the world as a mechanical engineer and project manager in the field of custom machine design. In this role he designed and implemented many patented solutions primarily in the mining and metallurgical smelting industry. His love for innovation is complimented by his true passion: working with people to reach new heights in the way we think and the actions we take. Alan has always had a keen interest in discovering what drives us to do what we do and how we can use this knowledge to improve our lives and the lives of those around us.

Alan is also an avid adventurer and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys many different activities but his favourite are those spent out in the wilderness and those that involve strategy and problem solving. In the spring of 2008, he and his family set a world record after an incredible self-guided expedition on Mount Everest. He delivers a number of exciting presentations and training programs that are all about embracing and working through challenges as well as exploring the skills and mindsets that allow great leaders and committed teams to achieve breakthrough performance.

David Barrett is a professional speaker specializing in project leadership, corporate leadership and strategy execution. He is an author of 4 books, a weekly blogger and the author of ‘The Weekly One Minute Video Series”.  

David is the founder and National Program Director for the Centre of Excellence in Project Management at York University in Toronto, Canada. He was the founder and Managing Director of ProjectWorld Canada, Business Analyst and Project Summit USA and the founder and Executive Editor of ProjectTimes.com and BATimes.com.

David currently working on his 5th book on strategy execution, a new project management event called PMTalks and a speakers’ bureau called Project Speakers Network.

Brenda McKenna

Brenda is an enthusiastic speaker, leader and founder of My Happiness Coach, a coaching service that helps teams and individuals get clear on their goals and amp up their happiness. Alongside her coaching business, she leads the Canadian big data team at Great-West Life. In her previous role, she led the digital strategy and operations team and stood up digital project management, change management, and customer journey capabilities.

Brenda is no stranger to the PMI chapter and holds certifications in project management, leadership, change management, digital strategy, and life coaching. She is a routine speaker at digital and data industry conferences and user communities across North America.

Sylvia Plester-Silk has been described as an Energy Shifter. Helping individuals and organizations “shift” from struggle to success.

As the Chief Consultant at On Purpose Consulting, she works within the Not for Profits, Chambers of Commerce, Flight Centres, Municipalities and Manufacturing sectors.

With over 25 years’ experience in Executive Coaching and human services, she helps a wide range of clients find meaningful solutions. Sylvia’s unique process integrates her intuitive expertise and energetic awareness.  She offers her insights through Keynotes, Leadership Consulting, Seminars and Executive Coaching.

Clients describe her approach as practical, honest and humorous.

As the author of “Unleashing Team Potential: Lessons for Managers from My Canine Friends”, she is a sought-after engaging speaker for her expertise in human dynamics and behaviour. Her ability to create collaborative solutions for complex challenges keeps her in high demand.

Ron Tsang

Ron Tsang, MBA is a former Bay Street stock analyst who has evaluated thousands of presentations from CEOs and CFOs.  

Ron teaches business communication at The Business School at Centennial College and at the University of Toronto's Rotman Executive Programs. As a professional speaker, some of Ron’s corporate clients include Honda North America, CIBC, RBC, TD, and SickKids Foundation.  

Ron is the author of the Amazon best-selling book FROM PRESENTATION TO STANDING OVATION (StandingOvationBook.com).

David McKenna

Dr. McKenna is a professional program, project and agile development consultant and professor, specializing in software, infrastructure, human resources and process improvement projects.

He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Science degree in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin and a Doctorate in Project Management from RMIT in Australia. Dr. McKenna has published a number of academic papers, and has presented his works as well as lectured at universities around the world including the United States, Canada, France, Finland and Poland.

He currently teaches business in the Lawrence Kinlin School of Business at Fanshawe College in London Ontario, Canada and on-line graduate level courses with the University of Wisconsin.


With over 25 years of program, project and agile development experience, Dr. McKenna has worked for a number of corporations within Canada and the United States.

Dr. McKenna worked for such firms as Thoughtcorp, Research in Motion (RIM), OpenText, Expertech, Bell Canada and Bell West to name but a few. He brings to his classes a strong academic, research and practical project management background.

As a people-focused leader Megan Cole is passionate about engaging individuals and facilitating teamwork across all levels of an organization. Megan has a diverse background in Project Management, HR, Leadership and Education, and has led projects in various fields including technology, customer experience, employee engagement, retail management, fundraising and construction.

Megan has successfully delivered multiple large-scale corporate level projects that drive strategy and organizational change management, as well as smaller scale agile projects. As an engaging facilitator and trainer, Megan fuses engaging, practical content with humor and ensures participants develop tangible skills to bring the content back into their own projects.

Personally, Megan is highly involved in Mental Health advocacy, initiatives and fundraising. Collaborating with various community partners Megan's focus is on increased access to and quality of care while reducing the stigma surrounding Mental Health within the workplace and throughout the community.

Chris Moss

Chris Moss uses unique a diverse range of techniques to bring people just outside of their comfort zone where they can set and achieve audacious goals. Our world is positioned in a place of disruption. Our social issues are complex and challenging and it’s time for a new style of leadership to make positive and lasting change.

Chris has been mobilizing the business community, government (three levels), nonprofit organizations, and individuals to seek opportunities where they can make significant impact in the lives of their staff, customers, partners and community.

With 19 years of hands-on leadership experience and a Masters of Arts Degree in Leadership, Chris focuses on radically transforming team cultures, improving performance and elevating organizations to new heights in their community. With expertise in executive coaching and leadership development, change management, and teams facing challenging situations, Chris works with leaders to rethink the way they do business so they can achieve the positive outcomes they've identified.

As the winner of the 2014 Toastmasters International's Communication and Leadership award, Chris proudly serves her clients to the best of her ability, with a deep passion and unending energy.
